Chicago Architecture Biennial +info

This edition of the Biennial positioned architecture as a dynamic cultural practice that permeates fundamental registers of everyday life—from housing to education, from environmental awareness to economic growth, from local communities to global networks.

Bunga’s installation for the biennial, Under the Skin, was the inaugural exhibit at the Stony Island Arts Bank, an abandoned bank built in 1923 which was transformed by artist Theaster Gates and Rebuild Foundation into a new art space on Chicago’s South Side.
